Number one: Good conditioner ideas, pantene, infusium, cholesterol and mayonnaise. Even better when you leave these products in for a few minutes or as long as overnight and then rinse out. Number two: Good shampoo that gives great body, pantene, revlon products and salon selectives. Technique plays an important part of creating great volume, brush hair and blowdry upside down. Ingredients are key to volume too, look for ingredients that build body the way hairspray does or actually have hairspray in them. There are many shampoos that have hairspray in them and ususally say volumizing shampoos to be exact. Number three: Controling frizz, John Frieda's line is great. When it comes to frizz due to humidity, sometimes you have to go with the flow or cheat a little, wear a hat, braid your hair or slick it back in a pony tail. You're welcome.

you need to but panteen full and thick shampoo and conditioner and a product called frizz ease, or Bed Head is another good product. Panteen will give your hair the extra body and helps with the damaged hair and the Bed Head helps with frizz and so does Frizz Ease.

Matrix Biolage Ultra Hydrating Conditioning Balm

Matrix Biolage Shine Milk Leave in Spray

I believe they also have a Shampoo for think hair or for bodifying hair.

Trust me its worth the $$ and if you know where there is a Beauty Supply Shop in your area you can get it cheaper. I get the Shampoo for 10.99, you can get teh small tube of the balm for 9.99 or the big tub type thing for 19.99 and the shine milk only cost me 12.99. DO NOT waste your money getting it at a salon. They over price it.
