Blood type is not a factor when it comes to conceiving. Maintaining the pregnancy is another thing. A first pregnancy is no problem but following that the Rh factor comes into play but only if she is negative and he is positive since she will now be allergic to the positive. A shot is available too counteract this. Once you are pregnant your doctor monitor this.

Your blood type does not affect fertility if that's what your asking. As far as the health of your baby, all blood types are compatible for conceiving a child.

The parents can be any type. If the mother is negative anything and the baby is positive anything, the mother has to get a Rhogam shot within 72 hours after the baby is born. The doctor will do this automatically. The shot prevents the formation of antibodies so you can have more children later on.

Blood type has nothing to do with conception. People with any combination of blood types can conceive.
