Twice baked....my way!
After baking, cut in half and scoop potatoes out of skins...set skins aside.
Mash potatoes in bowl and add 2 Tbs. sourcream, some bacon bits and chives.
Spoon potato mix back into skins, tope with cheddar & monteray jack cheese, bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Yum!

Hash browned! Little crispy on the outside, nice and tender on the inside.............................then smother those puppies in ketchup!
