I'd like to know what foods store fat in your stomache so I know to stay away from those foods. Is there maybe a website that gives you this, or do any of y'all know? Thanks in advance

none. where fat is stored on your body is genetically determined. if pple in your family store fat around their middle, too bad for you. in the same way, you cant "spot reduce" eg by doing crunches, you have to lose weight in your whole body.

Fat is absorbed in your intestine through the action of the lipase enzyme. A drug called Xenical will block 1/3 of the lipase causing the fat to pass out of you in a very gross way.

You will learn a lot about which foods are high in fat if you take Xenical, though.

Short answer: all fat gets absorbed to the same degree. Meats and fried foods are high in fat. Nearly all fast food and snack food like potato chips are high in fat. As a test, place something on a sheet of paper for several hours and see if it leaves an oil spot.

All food goes to your stomach and fat isn't stored in your stomach either. You body will store fat in the cells and that is what makes you gain weight. Try to eat less fat, sugar and carbs because that will also turn into fat. Eat lean meats, fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water and exercise.

Well, all food goes directly to your stomach 'cause that's where you're sending it when you eat. But try WebMD.
