I have it trimmed on a regular basis. I eat right and take vitamins. I want longer hair... Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Me too. But there is keys to getting it longer. I did it. 1st of all make sure you do not use any products on your hair that are not from a salon. Walmart/Kmart product are wax based and that wax stays in your hair. Yuck. Get very small trims about every 6-8 weeks. Depending on your hairs damage extent. Try not to blow dry your hair everyday. Its best for it to air dry sometimes. And take a multivitamin. Believe it or not, I take Flintstones Gummies. I get all I need from that and they taste good. If your hair is dry and brittle you should get deep conditioning treatments about once a week. Put Biolage Deep Cond Balm on your wet hair...Put plastic wrap over your hair then a towel over that..use a towel that is hot from the dry to get the max effect. You just need to get your hair past its plateau..keep working at it. Best advice is to use top of the line hair products. Go to a salon or Trade Secret.

Try the Garnia Fructise stuff Long & Strong. It works really really good! And find a leave in conditioner, wash your hair at night and use it, then braid it and sleep with it like that. It's worked for me, I have curly hair that's really hard to grow long, and since I've been doing this, my hair has nearly four inches. It's down past my bra by about 3 1/2 inches!

Trim less often, start using Mane and Tail shampoo and conditioner. Yes, it was originally made for groomers to do their horses hair for shows, but it's been formulated for people. It's about 6.00 a bottle at Walmart and it works great. I use it and my hair has grown over an inch this month. good luck. You can also find it at the dollar store.

usually hair thats not growing means dead ins in the ends of your hair what you need to do is go to the beauty salon and ask then to cut just as small of an amount as possible and tell then to cut your dead ends but ask them if thats what u have

All I can tell you is what you probably already know. Make sure you don't have dead/split ends. Don't fry your hair every day (with blowdryer or flat/curling iron). And eat foods high in folic acid.

try a prenatal vitamin. your hair and nails will grow like crazy. Also massage your scalp daily. it sounds silly but it stimulates hair growth.
