You don't love him, your addicted. Real love does not cause pain, does not disrespect and does not make you feel bad about yourself.
Real love lifts you up, supports you, respects you, and above all makes you a better person.
He doesn't love you, and the feelings you have are not love either. You might benefit from some therapy, or counsil with a priest or rabbi, to uncover what feelings you have deep inside that make you think you deserve to be treated badly.
Once you have built up your self esteem, you will see, he's not worthy of you, and you are worth being treated well.

Don't feel bad, everyone goes through it. When your in love, you do things out the ordinary. But if it is too much to deal with and you can't take it any more then leave, you will alot better without the extra stress! Good Luck!

Is this the first relationship you've had like this? Have you had others? You might need to seek professional help. There's more to this story than what meets the eye. You might be stuck in a vicious relationship cycle for reasons you cannot fathom.

Sit down, and write out the bad things that have happened between you, and why you shouldn't be together anymore...
then, get out and meet other people! If he thinks you'll be with him no matter how he acts, then he WILL act anyway he wants...don't put up with it, life's too short.

YOU MAY LOVE HIM BUT ARE YOU IN LOVE WITH HIM? MOST LIKELY NOT IF HE HAS DONE ALOT OF BAD THINGS TO YOU. HE SHOULDN'T HURT YOU ONLY LOVE YOU AND IF HE CAN'T DO THAT THEN YOU NEED TO LEAVE HIM AND MOVE ON TO FIND SOMEONE BETTER.
