This depends on many factors, really. Where are you? What time of day is it? Do you have any food allergies? Do you have a functioning digestive tract? What type of access you have to food? Do you have money to buy food? What foods do you like? How hungry are you?
Not knowing these things, there really wouldn't be any point in making a suggestion unless you're just seeking out any ideas. If that's the case, I'd eat a banana.
