Jesus did NOT say that. Don't claim to things you appear to know ZERO about.
Your not going to take 1 verse, and apply it to your life Pal.
I'LL SHOW YOU WHERE WHEN YOU PRAY....YOU PRAY TO THE FATHER, THAT IT BE HIS WILL, AND BE DONE ACCORDING TO THE FATHER'S WILL.
IF YOUR WISHES AND GOD'S PERFECT WILL, DOES NOT MATCH...I SUGGEST YOU MY FRINED, GET YOUR LIFE IN-CHECK WITH GOD'S PERFECT WILL FOR YOU.
END OF STORY.
hahahah. I tho't you wre going to have a hard question. hahahhaa
bummer. try to dream up another one. I'll be around.
Have a good day.

Everyone gets a second chance and no one has to kiss butt to do it you just have to take it when it comes to you and no that dose not mean that you are going to get everything that you want or ask for. You read the passage wrong it says that you can have anything you ask for as long as it is in the will of god. Witch is very few things so know what you are asking for and look into the will of god before you ask god, or go some where Else to get what you want! Plus you can believe in god and Jesus with out being a christian and have it work the same way. I am a Catholic not a christian and it is all great for me!

Mojo you came from a liquid of your father and your mother and one day the worms and bacteria will digest you and spit you out, just like me. So kissing your b*** is out of the question. =)
BUT think this, YOU can not convince a few Christians to follow you or Muslims or Jews. How do you think Jesus was so much more succesful than you? Or Moses or Mohammad?
Heck most people can not control their own kids, most people can not convince their mother-in-laws to follow this or that. If it was not God Almighty, who do you think gave Jesus the power to turn people or Moses or Mohammad. Many false Prophets come and go and take a little following with them.
BUT Those that the LORD MOST HIGH wills follow these great men completely and totally. The Proof of the MOST HIGH is everywhere. If a blind man can not see the Sun and fights with everyone that there is no sun, who is the fool?
If you have humility in your heart and if you are earnest in your soul, the MOST HIGH will guide you and you will see the mountains move!! If not, you will keep running with your eyes closed questioning the Sun!!

A true believer has zero doubt. Kind of like one of those soap commericals. You believe you have the whitest shirt possible until you try a new detergent. Now it's really white. No matter how much we believe, humans just are not wired to believe 100%, unerringly, unquestionably, unthinkingly, period.
Does that mean there is no God?
Jesus also says a number of times:
"Do not tempt me."
"Do not ask me to prove myself"
etc...
Faith is a more powerful than belief. No matter what proofs are given it won't make an unfaithful person faithful. It may make them a believer, but what good is being a believer if everyone knows it to be fact. That's kind of like saying "I'm a believer in gravity."

The things you say can't be done, could be done. It would take someone with a bold and great great faith in which to do this though. Unfortunately, there are very few with that bold and great of faith.
Jesus does say to ask and receive, again, this would be a prayer of someone with FAITH in Christ. If you have no faith and ask, how can you expect to receive? You can't fake the faith either. This is one of those areas where the scripture is twisted around to fit who ever is reading it and their motives. Also, what does the rest of the paragraph read? What is that particular area of text talking about. It's called Reading Comprehension.
You can pull one sentence out of any book and make it look like it is saying something it is not. You must take in to consideration what the rest of the preceding and following paragraphs are talking about.

I'm sure most Christians could care less about the mountains behind your house being moved, but that your heart be moved. Sounds like you have a very harden heart like many of you out there. There was a man Named Paul whose heart was so hardened that no man could tell him anything,(sound familiar) but God needed him to enhance his Kingdom. So God himself changed his heart on a road going somewhere. So see God can change anyone. But he gave man something that he will not take from us or the devil can't take away. That is your free will, which you use very strongly. What my first thought was that if God could change this man Pauls life why doesn't he change yours? Is it because that a Loving God has no use for you in his Kingdom. That would be a horrible thought that even God has no use for you. But I don't believe that. I believe that he could use someone like you to enhance His Kingdom, because of your knowledge of the ways of the world. But obviously he doesn't need you to achieve His will. But he could definetly use you. The reason how I can relate to this cause you sound like I did. I've been where all of you have been.So I know how you feel. I will not push no way of life or any kind of Religion on you .But I will tell you this! When and I say WHEN cause I know it is going to happen, when you fall flat on your face and no one is around who can help you Look up and ask the All Loving God to forgive you and you Will see what we are talking about. In Christ I love you man. You sure remind me of me a few years back

just because you ask for prayer doesn't mean you will get it. It is just like a kid asking a parent for a piece of candy. The parent may say no because it will be bad for them. That doesn't mean that the parent doesn't love the child but he doesn't want the child to get hurt. Other times a parent may say yes to the candy because there would be nothing wrong with it or the timing is right. There are many prayers that I am glad they were not answered because they would not make me who I am today.
I will pray that one day you will see the light!

If you read God's Word by the Leading of The Holy Spirit, which is the only way full understanding can eventualy come, then you will find that those things you refer to are only to come with full and compleat faith.... That, if you also study God's Word further, will only occure when the believer has recieved the eternal body. In this mortal flesh, compleat and full faith is not possable.
I accept email questions about the Christian Faith from all honest seekers
edit note: I can not convert you. No man can do that. But, God's Call is to all who will hear and come to Him in the way He proscribes.... even you. I can help you in a small way to arrange an introduction to The One who can "save" you... if you like. and seek honestly

First, actually read the bible instead of just saying stuff. Second, its not that you automaticly will get whatever you want, but you have to pray with all you're hearth. And third, not everything that i want god will give it to me by prayer. Like i can't pray for a pizza with sttufed crust and suddenly i open the door and the pizza its at the door.

lets see IN CONTEXT what is being said
NIV
Jesus the Way to the Father
Jn 14:5 Thomas said to him, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?”
Jn 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
Jn 14:7 If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.”
Jn 14:8 Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.”
Jn 14:9 Jesus answered: “Don’t you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?
Jn 14:10 Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you are not just my own. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work.
Jn 14:11 Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the miracles themselves.
Jn 14:12 I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.
Jn 14:13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father.
Jn 14:14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it
Here Jesus is telling them they would be able to work mircles in the power of the Holy Spirit, They would carry the gospel of God's kingdom out to the world and NOTHING would stop them. They KNEW they could ask in accordance with the WILL of GOD in spreading the gospel.
Mt 7:7 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.
Mt 7:8 For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.
Mt 7:9 “Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone?
Mt 7:10 Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake?
Mt 7:11 If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!
Mt 7:12 So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets
Jn 16:23 In that day you will no longer ask me anything. I tell you the truth, my Father will give you whatever you ask in my name.
Jn 16:24 Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.
Jn 16:25 “Though I have been speaking figuratively, a time is coming when I will no longer use this kind of language but will tell you plainly about my Father.
Jn 16:26 In that day you will ask in my name. I am not saying that I will ask the Father on your behalf.
Jn 16:27 No, the Father himself loves you because you have loved me and have believed that I came from God.
here Jesus is talking about a NEW RELATTINSHIP between the believer and God. Christians can NOW go to God through Jesus.
Heb 10:19 Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus,
Heb 10:20 by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body,
Heb 10:21 and since we have a great priest over the house of God,
Heb 10:22 let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water.
Heb 10:23 Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.
God will not answer prayers asked for the wrong reason
Jas 4:2 You want something but don’t get it. You kill and covet, but you cannot have what you want. You quarrel and fight. You do not have, because you do not ask God.
Jas 4:3 When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures.
IN CONTEXT what Jesus said is NOT a lie, it is just BEYOND you small mind, as the bible says you are BLIND
1Co 2:14 The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Man, to be "converted" you need to have a change in heart and you MUST have FAITH in god because he can do anything and is everything, i have seen some very neat things because of prayer and people healed and so much more. But you must make the choice. That is way we have a free will.
