Nope. Not everyone will believe.
Somehow whether believe or not, it all must come from the heart and the decision to believe.
If I choose not to believe. Even if from the sky shouts out "I am God, I do exist", I will still not believe it. I will question, is there a loudspeaker somewhere? Is the military doing some newest war technology? Am I delusional? Am I mentally ill and all sorts of questions to convince myself that I don't believe it.
If I choose to believe. Even if nothing comes from the sky, I will still believe it.
Will you believe? By the way, I am a believer. I believe and I hope. Life is so much more meaningful this way.

I would say "no." Many (I might even say 'most') who don't believe don't believe because they don't want to believe (what a sentence...). More often than not it's far more an emotional/willful choice and much less an intellectual one. There's the fact that it takes humility to admit when you're wrong, and there's all the messy implications of there being a God and you not being it...
People believe what they want to believe, and not necessarily what is true.
Romans 1 is a good chapter to read on that.
My own father had a dramatic spiritual encounter that shook him up real bad... but he still denies the existence of God... (yet he'll still bring up spiritual subjects around me, trying to get me to talk). He's slowly convinced himself over the years that the experience never happened. It took years of self-convincing. He doesn't want to believe.
Besides, if you want to get into eschatology (the study of the end-times) that's pretty much what happens. Jesus shows back up on the scene, but the large majority of humanity has been convinced by the antichrist that He (Jesus) is basically Satan incarnate, and everyone gathers and tries to kill Him. Actually, much of the end-times is God saying, "Here I am. This is what you're doing!" and everyone shakes their fist at Him and gets more offended... Ah, human nature.

No, they still wouldn't. There was a parable Jesus told that related to what you are asking; once he said that there was a rich man and poor man. The poor man begged for a living and thte rich man just lived and didn't care and just enjoyed his riches. Both died and the rich man went to hell and the poor man went to heaven. The rich man then asked God to send a dead prophet to appear to his living brothers so that they would believe and would not end up in hell too. But, God said, even if i send them this they still would not believe if they did not believe the words or the prophets before. So, what this is saying is that there is enough evidence to believe in God and his existence, if this is not enough then nothing will be.

Could just be a megaphone with a homosexual at the other end... how would that look huh? Maybe if God flew down on a winged chariot hailed by angels and a firey blaze I might... but of course they have some crazy special effects nowadays

I would still be skeptical. I would want to learn "how" it was done, like an especially good magic trick.
If God really wanted to present himself so that people would have to believe, the he would have to show me a lot more than the "big booming voice" part. Something like curing ALL the sick babies, instantly uncreating all weapons of violence, turning wastlands into food producing areas, ect. You know, easy things for God to do.

Yes, even the atheists.
The funny thing is, God supposedly has done this many times, to certain people, such as Abraham, etc.
What strikes me as funny is how Christians talk about how faith is the core of their beliefs. But Abraham didn't have faith. He had proof. God TALKED to him. It's all the rest of us that need to have faith.
We have to have "faith" that the stories these ancient con men told are the truth. This is also referred to as "gullibility".
And even though what I just said makes perfect sense, it's going to go right through the ears of most Christians, because they will refuse to even consider it.

Some people would but the Bible says he will come back and a trumpet will sound from the eastern skies. What you are suggesting could not happen according to the Bible which is always true.

No they would not. There would be the unbeliving scientists who would say it was a halucination or something like that. Anyway God wouldn't do that b/c he want people to chose to love him through faith not b/c of a great sign like that.

Very unlikely. There are many people who still believe the earth is flat, that Love does not exist, that truth is relative, etc.

No, He did that several times in the Bible (In so many words) and there were still non believers. People who dont want to believe, wont until they're ready to.
