If you don't want to formally compost (with a pile/bin, turning, adding water etc.) then pick a spot in your garden that you want to plant in the future. Take all of your fruit/veggie waste and bury it in that section. If you wait a season, it will have broken down in that area and you'll have very healthy soil that won't need any herbicides/pesticides.

Hope this helps!

It seems like a waste. Make carrot bread. Eat with yogurt. Make a carrot dip. Last, mulch it to promote worms in the garden. Bury it two feet deep in the flower garden. Cover with other cuttings and cap with earth. Water weekly. Return 4 week later and witness the explosion of life underground. Seed with night crawlers for the serious fishermen. This is also the way to start a royal mulch bin, with a matrix of holes under the mulch area. Bury the kitchen cuttings well to prevent rats.

Sometimes you can make face masks for certain skin problems. Or you could just put it in a dish outside for the birds.

Use it for compost to grow very healthy plants. Eggshells, peanut shells are good too. I do this in my house and very healthy plants.
