I met an absolutely amazing guy in yahoo games, and i'm head over heels for him. But I want to be realistic. How likely is it that he and I will be able to make this relationship work? He lives several hours away, but is planning on moving closer. I want bonafide statistics.

I dont know the number, but I met my husband on yahoo. 5 years ago this september. I knew I would marry him before I ever met him in person. (in a public place) I was really scared at first, talked to him for a month before I would go meet him, but we have never been apart since that day. We never fight, (very small disagreements) he was everything I was looking for and more. Thing is, when its on line all you get to know is the PERSON. We were lucky that physical attraction was there too. I have never been happier. We have a 2 1/2 yr old daughter, and WILL live happily ever after. Give it a chance, you never know. Dont regret not meeting him and trying it, what if he's the man of your dreams and you let him get away! Take it from someone who was miserable!!!!!! and I mean miserable! When I met my husband the entire meaning of life changed for me....I love him so much that I would shrivel up and die without him....
Oh, and all my friends and family thought I was crazy! Now they love him! give it a try.
