Sin comes about when two conditions exist. ONE: FREE WILL. TWO: COMMAND OF GOD to do a certain thing or not do it!!
Thus an animal who is very much a creature of the most high can not commit sin or derive any blessings as the animal has no free will and thus the Lord did not command the animal to do or not do something. He wrote in their genes to do certain things and not do certain other things. AND an animal follows its nature perfectly, so it does not sin.
The Sun comes up at the time it is supposed to come up. It is in total obedience to the Lord's Commands which are written in the laws of nature.
We humans are given some freedom (it is not absolute freedom mind you) and in the realm of our freedom, God has commanded us to do certain things and not do certain things. If we listen to him, we are blessed and get closer to Him, and if we disobey him, then we move further away from him.
Hell to me is not being included in the perpetual orbit around the MOST HIGH LORD ALMIGHTY. When you disobey the LORD consistently you move further and further away from the Lord to the point that you are so far away, that you are out of the orbit and floating in spiritual space without mooring.
When you realize that many are anchored to the LORD MOST HIGH and you are afloat, that realization is like throwing away the winning lottery ticket.. and that deep anguish and feeling of missing the boat FOR EVER is HELL!!!
May the LORD bless the good and guide the bad. Amen.

Two thirds of the angels didn't sin (one third got kicked out of heaven for joining Satan's rebellion) and creatures without a conscience are incapable of sinning in that they do not no right from wrong - this would therefore include every creature on the earth apart from man.

Only, perhaps, those angels who did not follow Lucifer. But I can not conferm that by Biblical referance.. I do not think there is any other refeance to any who do not sin.... If you are refering to animals.... They can not sin. Nor do they have eternal life. Only those who have eternat life are under God's Law. and it is only by the Law that Sin is defined.
God tell us that all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God.... but He has provided a way for us to return to him and recieve His Grace and Mercy.

All creatures, excepting human beings, do not sin. Only human beings, with their superior intelligence, have the choice to sin or not to sin by their actions.
