How do I find out if my daughter's father has a visa or if it experied? He threatened to take my daughter back to his country if if I take him to court. How do I find out if his visa is experied and how do I prevent him from kidnapping my daughter and leaving the country? I get really scared about that ever since he started telling me thats what he is gonna do.

call the police and explain ur situation ( illeagal immagration is a big thing now days so ) they will be more than happy to help you find out if his visa is expired, then contact a lawyer incase he' tries anything.

Its not kidnapping if he is the father. He has the right to take his kid to see her grandparents. You shouldnt have slept with someone that you didnt want to father your child. Have a kind heart and let your daughter meet the rest of her family!

your bad, should've thought that one out a little more. how irresponsible were u to get involved w/someone u can't trust & let alone have children w/this person. u don't even know where he may/may not take ur daughter. he can't take her into another country w/o ur permission & knowledge. good luck & get a clue.

I would suggest you don't allow any visitation,
and get restraining order against him for threats of kidnapping

If he is the nut case you portray, taking him to court should get you full custody and you wouldn't have anything to worry about.
