it takes time - most people don't get pregnant on the first few tries. I would reccommend that you track your cycle. Try a website like this to help you find your most fertile times. If you have sex at the right time, it helps to boost your chances. Try this site

Other then that, try to be patient. Sometimes the stress of trying to have a baby prevents you from getting pregnant. Stress can do funny things to your body and it could be hurting your chances. Just have fun with it and see what happens. I got pregnant when I wasn't trying, but I wasn't preventing either. It helped me relax and got the ball rolling.
If you try for 6 months or so and no luck, then maybe see a fertility doctor. They can give you some more advice and do any testing that might need to be done.
Good luck!

I can answer this with another question....Why have my husband and I had no luck either and we've been trying for 6 years?
We don't just have sex and boom we're pregnant, it is a bit more then that involved. Yes, other people get pregnant after just once, but some people just do it at the right time.
Just make sure you are with someone you love and or would like to marry. Are you married? Do you love who you are trying to have children with? Are you old enough? Don't ruin your childhood by having a baby, and don't have a baby that you can't take care of therefore ruining there life.

There can be many biological reasons. First of all when do you have sex? Is it 7 days after the menstrual bleeding stops? And 7 days before the menstrual bleeding starts? Another thing.. have you started ovulation? means regular monthly menstrual cycles?
Next is the person with whom u have sex releasing the sperms, healthy and end enough in quantity? Better go for a medical checkup and find out if u r not sure.

This is my standard answer......... go get a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive. My Doctor recommended it to me and after 1 year of trying I got the book. It worked the very next month. It turns out that my timing was wrong due to mis-information. I hope it helps you, too! It's not only about getting pregnant. It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths

There are many reasons why you are not becoming pregnant. I can tell you from personal experience that my wife and I had to go see a specialist. Be prepared for allot of tests for you and your partner. We just had some testing done and now I am waiting another week to go by so she can have more test. We may have to try one of two procedures. The dish, or Invetro any way good luck to both of you. See your doctor for the best advise and treatment.

probably something wrong. How long have you been trying to get pregnant and how old are the both of you? 2 very important questions if your older and its been a while you need to go a visit your Dr to get some tests ran.

There are several reasons why you are not getting pregnant. Infertility is one of them. If you are trying to get pregnant and can't, the first place to start is your family doctor. And if you are as young as your words seem to suggest, it is probably God protecting your ignorant rump from becoming a mommy at age 14.

I hope u have a job, and a plan to support this baby that you wana have so bad. It could be that ur body is not ready to carry a baby as yet, also it could have something to do with ur sex partners.
