I know that it made a difference in the relationship that I am in right now, but she also knew how I felt about her. So if you know that he is in love with you I would let him know that the feeling is mutual, but if you don't know his feelings it might be a good time for the communication lines between the two of you to be re-evaluated, to see if this relationship has a real chance. Communication is always the key to a relationship.
