My chow dog strains everytime he poops, i have to use suppositories so that he could poop. Now he throws up all the food he eats. Does he have a megacolon and what is the best cure for it?

It is best to first take your dog and your concerns to the vet. It is not good to just guess about what could be wrong with your dog.
