no muslim immigrants because islam has declared war on isreal and it's allies, and directly against the US over 100 times! you do not allow enemy soldiers behind the lines

if I tell you that my family has declared war against your family and that we will kill any of you if we get the chance, would you allow ANY of my family to visit you (assuming you do not know any of us)?

Just some advice...sometimes, it's difficult to discern specifically what you want answered, and most people aren't going to read a whole volume of material. If you want a simple answer, ask a simple, one line, question.
This question reads more like a 'rant' than a question, and I'm left wondering if you really WANT a response, or if you're just spouting off.

Ok, I read your entire question.
You started out with a discussion of defining caste systems based on laws. Then YOU tangented off talking about illegal immigrants. THEN you tied that into the war in Iraq and Muslims against the infidels.
So in answer to your question. No, I wouldn't allow you to visit my home. You are whacko and have trouble with lines of thought and coherent arguments.

You spent a lot of time typing but spewing all that incorrect information was probably a waste of time. Islam as a religion has not declared war on the USA. That is a very ignorant statement, that is a racist view. Its like saying since some catholic priest like having sexual contact with children means all Catholics like having sexual contact with little boys. I bet your Catholic. Please read something besides the clicker on Fox News in the future before you think you are educated on the subject.
