I would say that Proactive may not work for exactly "everyone", however, my sister and I have been customers of Proactive for almost 6 years now, and it has changed our lives forever. My sister suffered terribly from cystic acne, which was not only emotionally painful for her but also physically. Proactive has turned her skin completely around and it has worked greatly for her. As for me, I suffered from bad acne (as if there is such thing as good acne, lol) and combination skin (oily yet dry...go figure, skin can't make up its mind), anyhow, it has entirely cleared all of my acne! Which was great when I was in high school, with all those school dances and photo days. Now that I am out off high school (going on 3 yrs.) I am now more confident than ever, and I would never stop using Proactive, because it truly has changed my life. The only other thing I can say about whether or not you should try it is, GO AHEAD!! The only thing you have to lose is your acne, and Proactive has a money back guarantee, so if it doesn't work, just send it back.
Sincerely and clear faced,
Indstrlmunky

I have been using ProActiv for almost 3 years now. It is a great product, but it does take a while to notice a difference. It also takes a little longer to use each product because you have to wash your face first with an oil-free face wash, then use the ProActiv face wash, then use the toner, let it dry, and then apply the lotion to your face. It's a little time comsuming, but I think it's worth it. It's also costly, so don't be fooled by the cheaper products. Also, there are other products you can buy with ProActiv like oil free lotion for your face, and their make-up. But honestly, I tried the oil free stuff, and it's didn't work that well. The 3 piece set is perfect for starters, and if want to try it later on, then go ahead. I don't use their make up, so I am not sure about that. I hope that this information helps you, and also check out their website: proactiv.com. Good luck on your adventure!

I use ProActive and have been for two years. It is a fantastic product line. I highly reccommend spending 60 or 70 bucks on it every two months. It has truly made my life more enjoyable.

THis question is asked numerous times a day. Try using the search box to search for 'Pro Activ', 'Proactiv', 'Pro Active', and 'Proactive'. You may find it helpful.

no offense to yahoo!answers but i wouldnt go asking for advice on anything relating to health on here.
you never know who is lying or might just THINK they know the answer.
for instance i could tell you that i'm a doctor and i say GO FOR IT! buy proactiv.
of course i'm not a doctor and as someone who has used proactiv and had worse acne for months b/c of it, i wouldnt tell you to buy it.
but if the point is that i could SAY i'm a doctor and you'd have no way of knowing.

I did and it worked. But it takes a long time for your face or wherever you got acne to get use to it. Three times a day should make it faster.
