There is only one race of humans on this planet. If the Bible implies otherwise, it's wrong.

Anyone who has a problem with inter-racial anything from a christain or any other point of view needs to grow up and stop being so petty! Why can't people just accept the fact the we are all humans and thats the end of it? People are so rediculous.
You know what the problem is? Us 'white' people got a bug up our asses a long time ago about how we are better than everyone and should be able to control them, hense slavery. No one person on this planet is better than anyone for any other reason accept their choices and life altering decisions. The color of your skin doesn't make a bit of difference when it comes to the type of person you are. Christian that and praise god (thats right in lower case!) and all that crap. Go get a life and quit letting other people tell you whats right and wrong!

i have also seen, more advantageous than once, an analogy between gay marriage and the "properly" of useless-beat dads to get married. the conception is that the perfect criminal precedent that establishes that obtaining married is a elementary properly is the 1978 case of Zablocki v. Redhail. Wisconsin had a regulation that once a guy has fallen far behind in his baby help funds and then requests a wedding ceremony licence to that he can get married to a pair different female, he won't be able to accomplish that except and till he catches up on his funds. The Sup. Ct. -- bless 'em -- struck down that regulation because people have a constitutional properly to get married. to respond to your question, I by no skill anticipate that each and each one people in a category (like contributors of inter-racial marriage) all imagine an same component. I doubt that each and each one and dissimilar has finished some type of study to envision how a lot of persons in inter-racial marriages imagine of gay marriage. even if in case you regarded at only one certain couple, the husband and spouse would disagree with one yet another about even if or not they help legalizing gay marriage.

I am one half of an "inter-racial" couple, and our children are the MOST beautiful in the universe! From a Christian point of view... well, both my husband and myself are Christians, and I believe that one cannot truly call themselves "Christ-like" unless one is NOT racist or opposed to the mixing of various races (among other things, of course).

sorry I don't have a Christian point of view, nor do I care about inter-racial couples. People are people, the end.

There is no problem with it. Have had many in the churches I have attended. The only prohibition for Christians is not to become unequally yoked (married to someone not a Christian).
I became agnostic for a time and married a non-christian. While I love her, since I came back to being a christian, there is alot of problems.

The only Scriptural refernce regarding this is in Numbers 12. Moses had married an Ethiopian Woman (Arab married Black), and Miriam and Aaron spoke against it. So, God struck them down with leprosy and Moses had to pray for them in order for their health to be restored.
All races can Scriptually marry. The only prerequisite is that both be of the same faith. There are many Christians who argue this, but their scriptural references all fall into the category of different faiths marrying. It had nothing to do with color.

I know its a popular saying but its not just a matter of "people are people." Because all though we're all made out of the same material we are different. I don't think its a matter of race but of cultural difference. As long as the people can relate to one another on a personal, respectful and intimate level without disregarding the other's culture, its all good.

I just watched the movie Something New last night. It's about an interracial couple.
From my POV, the less prejudices you hold against people the better Christian you are =)

From a christian point of view!....Christians are taught that all man-kind are created equal in GOD'S Sight!......In my personal view....I have no problem with it either!.....I am myself of a mixed race!....I think it's good to connect together with opposite races of people for different reasons whether friends, lovers, or marriage!.....

I think that you are old enough that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I have seen many and they make the most beautiful babies. Love does not see color. which is more of what we need in this world. If everyone just loved each other we would not have all this killings and wars. But oh well that is just a fact of life I guess.
