I have two kids with a c-section with each...does anybody know of really good AB excerises that could help lose the flab and love handles?

Yes, you will have weak muscles in that area, it will take a while to tighten them, first lay on your back with your legs bent and bring in your knees, hold your belly button as if it will touch your spine, and push your pelvic up wards, using the bottom ab muscles. Do reps, then turn your knees on to the floor, still bent but flat on the floor, you facing up ward and crunch, this will work the side muscles, do the other side. Do a normal crunch for the top muscles still with the belly button pulled in ward.

Crunches would be a good idea (obviously if you're not pregnant, if you are don't do them) or you can just jog a lot. The running will eventually get most of your muscles in shape since almost all muscles are moving and bending with some sort of work going on. Or to really lose weight I would suggest swimming laps. Great metabolism booster for all ages. It's a lifetime sport too.

You want to burn more calories than you take in, so get a hold of a glycemic index & consume foods that are low G.I count.
The only way to burn fat is to increase your metabolism by incorporating aerobic activity 3 to 5 times a week. Start off with 15 minutes & build up the duration over time

First off, it's normal to have some fat on your body. We are not meant to be 100 lb waifs! Some of that "flab" may be hereditary. Accept it and love your body. Eat well and exercise. My favorite exercise also is a great ab and aerobic workout: bellydancing! It's fun and you learn to take pride in all those curves you have. www.shira.net is a great place to start getting tips on bellydancing.

well try running or other lungs pumping activities. And eat more fruits and vegetables.and quit candy and other fat causing food. Trust me it worked for my friend.

cardio, cardio, cardio. There is no such thing as SPOT REDUCTION. You lose it everywhere, thighs, love handles, arms and boobs.
