that is sad that you have nothing else to do with your time, than to sit around and think about honoring someone after getting off the toilet that is really nasty you must have a lot of spare time on your hands

Just go on like you were before the person left. Using the toilet is a fact of life. We all gotta do it.

If you are talking about a child you could get a tub of ice cream and put it in the freezer and everytime they use the pody give them a couple scoops and tell them they are a good boy/girl
(make sure they wash their hands before eating the ice cream) LOL LOL LOL LOL

If your are potty training a baby clapping is normally enough to show them you appreciate them not having made a mess outside of the loo.

If it's a newly potty-trained child maybe a "hi-five, down low, way to go" would work.
If it's an adult then you could stand at attention and salute as they pass and yell "Aye, Aye, Captain's Log!"

I'm not sure I understand the question. If you've been waiting a long time for a turn than "it's about time dude" as you rush by would be appropriate.
