dry him off and offer him some warm milk on a saucer make sure you keep him in a warm area wrapped in blankets or such...as long as he stays warm.
do you have any experience with cats? If not I would bring him to the nearest vet or shelter, otherwise still bring him to your nearest vet and get somemedication for his eyes. Does he have a collar on?
DO NOT put anything in his eyes until you see a vet
call your local vet and talk to someone about what to do or ask a neighbor if they can drive you in
please do not touch the kittens eye until you have talked to a vet. you do not want to hurt the eye, they are very sensitive. like i said call your vet and ask him what to do. a couple more minutes will not do any more damage to the eye. CALL YOUR VET!

I would jsut call the vets office and explain your situation, and aske them what oyu can do for the kitten. They will be very helpful. As far as the shivering, take a towel, put it in the dryer and get it warm, and then wrap the kitten in it. Keep rubbing the kitten and stimulating it. Sometimes kittens can get grubs, and it gets pretty gross looking, it could be that or it fell and something poked it in its eye. But please call the vet's office and they will help you out. Also it might be hungry, if you have some milk put a little bit in a bowl and some kerrel syrup and heat it up a bit just so its warm and try to feet it. It need nutrients and to keep warm. Especially from being outside all night. Good luck and let me know how it goes.

you can wash his eyes out with water the best thing to do is to keep that stuff out of his eyes then call the vet explain it and if you cant get the cat to the vet they will make house calls it may cost you a little more money but at least you will save his life!! Good Luck! and Best Wishes!

If you have a Heat pad you could set it on LOW only to help him warm up and dry him off with a towel as much as possible... go ahead and offer him cat food if you have it and water. You can make a litter box with an old shoe box and shredded newspaper.. unless the kitten is too young you'll have to make it go after it eats/drinks with a cool wash cloth on the rear end. Then take it to the vet as soon as you have a chance to have it's eye looked at... as long as it will eat/drink/and go to the bathroom it's not a major emergency...

you should take him to the vet but, you could bath the eye in boric acid . Take the end of a spoon and put a little bit of the boric acid in a small bowl with boiling water, let it cool and take cotton balls or cotton pads and bath the eye.wrap the kitty in a towel first just in case kitty wants to make a fuss. My cat gets allergies every spring so i do this all the time.

if its a swelling in the cats corner were the tear ducts would be on us, it would be cherry eye. Though i dont think cats get cherry eye, its possably though. If it's a bubbled mass outside the cat's eye it might be a tumor of some sort..seeing the vet is highly recommended.

That's rough!
No, don't put anything in the water: That might aggravate the problem. Wash your hands after handling the kitten though: He sounds very sick, and whatever he has might be contagious.
Keep him wrapped in a warm towel. And as soon as you can, get him to the vet.
Good luck!

Dry him off and make sure he is comfortable. Get him fed and keep him warm. Make sure he eats and drinks his fill. Then take him to the vet if you have the money. If you don't you might want to take him to the nearest animal shelter.
The "red mass" might be anything, and only a vet might know for sure. If you can't afford it now and you want to keep him, keep him clean, dry and fed, and watch him for a few days.

Just keep the kitty warm. Call the SPCA or go there if you can. Don't do anything except comfort the cat until you get a professional opinion.
