Have your vet to a test for Coccidia and Giardia. I will bet you it's coccidia.. It is easy to treat with a product called ALbon, or bactrim.
I just had a whole litter (6) with it and I treated them for 10 days and it went better. In the mean time give her some pepto about 1cc (mL).
If he did not test for those I would be surprised, but some vets really are not very good. He said it could be corona? Didn't he test for it? Yipes, some vets are really idiots.
Have him, or another vet check for the 2 things I mentioned above. Coccidia is sooo common, it comes from dirty water.. Like you know how they like to drink out of old tires and buckets outside..
Each time she has diarrhea give her 1cc of pepto, kayopectate is better, get the childrens flavored kind. Get a syringe (no needle) from the pharmacy and squirt it into their mouth while holding her mouth open.
I take hold of the top jaw and open the mouth that way, put the medicine in with the other hand.. easy and fast..

I'm afraid your puppy may be dieing. I would say, go back to the place you bought the poor thing and find out what kind of guarantee you can get. This doesn't sound like it is anything simple. It probably has a broken blood vessel in the intestinal track.

If it is just a small amount of blood it is probably a problem. It could be constipated and the blood is from straining to poo. If it is excessive, you need to take it to another vet. If you wait, and it is something bad, your dog will die.

It could be constipation, poor nutrition, poor breeding, and a host of other issues. Let the vet work on it before you get yourself too worked up about it. Good luck to you. : )

GO TO ANOTHER VET ASAP!!! This one doesn't sound like he/she knows what they hell they're doing! And besides that, hello!? why are YOU doing the reserach on what it could be?! That's what your VET went to school for and gets paid for! In the meantime your dog's condition could worsen!

My dog had that too!!!! In my dog's case, she had Galstones, I think that is how it is spelled. My dog was peeing uncontrolablly. She was peeing blood. I toke her to the vet and she had surgery. After about 1 week she was in perfect condition.
