okay my boyfriend and i decided to stop seeing eachother because i have a huge thing going on in my life and requires a lot of my time and attention which he understands but i told him i can't be distracted with drama between us. he understands and we decided to try just being friends but he'd support me along the way. i don't know if he is upset about it or not or relieaved. i want to be with him but now i think he doesn't want to be with me anymore. i love him tons thats why he's in my life right now anyways. i just want him to realize wow i love her why am i letting her go or at least i can know if he doesn't want to be with me. i don't know if i need to play hard to get or move on. i believe he loves me thats why i don't understand him because he seems sad whenever we talk and i don't know if its because he misses me (he says he misses me tons) how do i get him to want to be with me right now no matter what? i need advice

i can understand what you mean as there was something similar that happened between me & my boyfriend but cuz of different reasons...but it was my boyfriend who was in your position & i was on the receiving end...its very tough when someone you love says that they can no longer be with you for whatever reasons...just because we love each other so much, we try to understand & do what the other wants even when thats not something we really want...our mind accepts the situations & tries to adjust but our heart just doesnt wants to let go...you imagine all the things that can go wrong & also how tough your life would be without that person...this feeling of insecurity & depression is terrible...you also began to question that whether that person really loves you, cuz if yes than how can that person take such a harsh & insensitive decision...all this is just a matter of your emotions & you imagine everything thats positive or negatve...when this happens you try to take yourself away from that person & try to act tough cuz you dont want that other person to know that after saying that you understand, you have so many questions going on in your mind...this happened with me & though i really love my boyfriend i was still hurt tremendously by his decision to break up even when i agreed & understood his reasons...i think your boyfriend also is really hurt by whatever happened...its good that you plan to go back to him...i would suggest that you talk to him & try to get out all the pain he is carrying in his heart cuz of what happened...you'll have to shower unconditional love to make him feel secure with you again...treat him nicely, spend time with him & appreciate his presence in your life...just let him know that you belong only to him & there's no one who can love & understand you the way he does...i am sure you'll be able to do that cuz you truely love him...Goodluck!!

There is nothing you can do to get him to feel or not feel. Personally I dont see how you can decide to not see each other just because someone is going through something. THATS what a relationship is about. Its about being there to support your mate through the good and the bad. YOU may have sunk this boat on your own and now you have to deal with the decision you made.

Completely and totally ignore him. He can't really realize how much he values you until you are not there anymore...grass is always greener syndrome....If you ignore him and he doesn't come running, he never valued you the way you do him and you are better off w/o him. If he loves you, he will go crazy with out you and come running back.

Just ask him. Trying to side step the issue will only cause more confusion. Tell him how you feel and what you want. If he can accept that then great. If not then move on.

Move on and he see that you moved on he'll be jealous and if he sees you with another guy he want you back like crazy he'll be jealous you happy and he's not he'll miss you alot. he'll be doing anything to get you back
