If your baby is behaving atypically (and remember that crying, screaming, and tantrums are usually normal for most babies), then the first person you should see is your doctor. Explain to the doctor the symptoms you are seeing that lead you to ask this question. Maybe the baby just has cholic. If it is a part of your belief system that humans can be possessed by demons, then you should seek spiritual counselling, but consider it a supplement to medical attention. It just seems logical to start with the simplest explanation (for example, an ear infection will make your baby cry incessantly) and when that doesn't work, take the next step. I would also reccommend visiting a family counsellor or other such social support worker. Just remember that you are dealing with a helpless human infant and approach the problem from that perspective. I hope your child is feeling better soon.

It is highly unlikely that anyone could become possessed by a demon or whatever, and so I would look at the possible logical explanations first. A visit with a doctor might shed some light on this. However, if you are dealing with possession then the odds of you getting help from a Christian church in this day and age are extremely unlikely. You would be better off talking to an experienced Pagan.

That's the usual baby behavior.
They speak backwards and vomit in vivid colors (green included).
Now, wait until they're 4.
They will cry and scream in the most irritating way, they will throw themselves to the floor and start contorting, and will even spin their heads if that will get them what they want.
This will happen particularly in public places.
The scariest part is that holly water has no use in these cases.
Don't call a priest.
Call a brave tamer.

As I understand it, there is a sure fire method of discovering if a woman is a witch. The inquisitor would hold her under water, and if she drowned, she was not a witch. If she were a witch, she would use her demonic powers to escape.
The same method would probably work for babies. (disclaimer: this technique may be illegal in some areas, check with your local law enforcement agency before attempting it)

I would diffenately find a priest and talk to them. Why do you feel the child is possessed. I don't really think that young children can be, but the priest could make you feel more comfortable.

You need to pray and seek God.... not men. do not do anything rash.... PRAY.
fake Christians are cruel. read the Scriptures.... demons are cast out in moments.. without ANY physical harm. it's the devils that harm, not God. most "pentecostal" experiences of having demons cast out are NOT biblical.. and can harm the person.
a possessed baby.... that is strange.. you need to take the child to a doctor first.. to rule out sickness. God casts out devils, and not men. So pray, because you need to rely on God and NOT men.
I don't trust priests. seek God yourself. If you are for real, this is perplexing---frightening because it involves a child.
