I have read that his cover has 666 in Roman Numerals on it.

No, I am not a conspiracy theorist, but I just saw it on a post and was intrigued, so I researched it. there are many website that conclude some information, and it makes a very bold statement. I am not saying that the Pope has not done good things, but look at all the Bad the Catholic Church has done.

To understand the Mark of the beast--you have to read all these scriptures.

First of all; we have to know the opposite of it.
The Seal of God is in the 4th Commandment in Exodus 20:8-11; references are John 4:22-24 and Rev.14:7.

Look it up in dictionaries, encyclopedias and etc.

But anyway a SEAL contains 3 things.
1. HIS NAME,
2. HIS OFFICIAL POSITION, TITLE OR AUTHORITY
3. THE EXTENT OF HIS DOMINION AND JURISDICTION

Now the SEAL in the 4th Commandment is
1. THE LORD
2. MADE {office,creator}
3. HEAVEN AND EARTH {dominion}

If we know the SEAL is the 7th day sabbath Saturday (EXOD.20:8-11); then rejecting it would be the MARK.

Most people have followed the church; look what Rev.13:1 says "...and all the world wondered after the beast." What does this mean; will if you seen every domination---they follow the Catholic's teachings which are false(Dan.8:12). This is the image of the Beast. This is what God tells his people that are in 1st Babylon and 2nd Babylon in Rev.18:4 "...Come out of her my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye not receive her plagues."

The Mark of the beast is 666! To accept the beast's mark is to not accept God's Holy Sabbath Day Saturday as Working on the Sabbath.(reference Deut.7:8)

ACTUALLY THE MARK OF THE BEAST IS WHAT PEOPLE DON'T UNDERSTAND! IT'S VERY SIMPLE REALLY; YOU HAVE TO DO THE OPPOSITE OF IT.
THE OPPOSITE OF THE MARK IS THE "SEAL OF GOD" WHICH IS IN THE 4TH COMMANDMENT(EXOD.20:8-11; REV.14:7). BUT IF YOU DON'T KEEP HIS DAY(MARK) AND FOLLOW THE CATHOLIC CHURCH(IMAGE); HE WILL GIVE YOU THIS(REV.14:9-11).

Rev.13:16 "And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive the mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads."

Mostly (Rev.17:5)"Mother of Harlots" means it has "daughters" that are following the church's beliefs. Many don't know that the Catholic Church has "casted all the true doctrines to the ground and replaced them with false ones(Dan.8:12).

Trinity, Going to heaven, Rapture, Jesus's Death Friday and Resurrection Sunday, Worship Sunday, Pagan Feast Days and etc.

SUNDAY CHURCHES--
Follow the same beliefs.

SDA(Seventh Day Adventists)--
Trinity, Going to Heaven, Pagan Feast Days, Jesus's Death Friday and Resurrection Sunday.

OTHER SABBATH CHURCHES--
One or more of the Catholic Doctrines.

JEHOVAH WITNESSES--
Jesus's Death Friday and Resurrection Sunday

I only know one church that isn't following the Catholic Church and that is The Living Church of God.(Eph.5:27; Acts 20:28)

The Papal Tiara and the '666' Myth

One common myth surrounding the papal tiara involves the claim that the words Vicarius Filii Dei exist on the side of one of the tiaras.

The myth centres on the widely made claim that, when numerised (ie, when those letters in the 'title' that have roman numeral value are added together) they produce the number '666', described in the Book of Revelations as the number of the Antichrist.

This claim has been made by some fundamentalist protestant sects who believe that the pope as head of the Roman Catholic Church is the antichrist.

Four definitive sources are sometimes given:
- A protestant woman visiting Rome said she witnessed Pope Gregory XVI wearing a crown with the words on it, in or around 1832;
- Pope Gregory XVI had worn a papal tiara with these words clearly visible on it at a Pontifical High Mass during Easter 1845;
- The 'existence' of a photograph of a papal funeral at the start of the twentieth century (which probably means the funeral of Pope Leo XIII in 1903 but could possibly be Pope Pius X's in 1914) showing the words on a papal tiara.

The tiara (with the words mentioned) is always used to crown popes, but specifically was used in 1939 to crown Eugenio Pacelli as Pope Pius XII.

The claim is demonstrably false.

Whether or not the numerised total of the letters in Vicarius Filii Dei produce the total '666' is irrelevant because no such title actually exists for the papacy or the Holy See.

While the words did feature in the Donation of Constantine (now known to be a forged document) they referred to St. Peter and not subsequent popes.

In 1832, only two tiaras existed; one from the sixteenth century and one, given by Napoleon I to Pope Pius VII in 1804. Neither contain writing.

On the Pope's hat thing it says "Vicar of Christ" in Latin. Now some guy took the letters as roman numerals. Wherever a letter doesn't correspond with a roman numeral they put a nought. Then they add the numbers together and it adds up to 666. The Pope can't be the anti-christ as he is a very religious man who does many good things. the antichrist does everything opposite to what Christ would do.

This controversy has been around ever since the Protestants created it. The origins of the name were originally created when Protestant Professor Andreas Helwig in 1612 tried to convert the title of the Pope into Roman numerals equivalent to 666. When he discovered that "Vicarius Fili Dei" (Vicar of the Son of God) fit the translation. He tried fifteen different language translations until he found this translation in Latin. It should be noted that this title has never been attributed to any Pope.

While it is true that some tiarras that have been "presented" to past Popes with inscriptions on them, NEVER has any tiarra been inscribed with the words "Vicarius Filii Dei". The closest inscription that I have been able to find has been the inscription found on a tiarra "presented" to Pius IX in 1871 in Belgium. The inscription reads

"IESV CHRISTI VICARIO INFALLIBILI
ORBIS SVPREMO IN TERRA RECTORI
REGVM ATQVE POPVLORVM PATRI

which translates to:

To the Infallible Vicar of Jesus Christ
To the Supreme Governor of the World on Earth

I have read that a future pope may prove to be either the anti-Christ or the false prophet of the anti-Christ. I have also read that previous popes have been a TYPE of anti-Christ, which means that they weren't the ACTUAL anti-Christ, but a foreshadowing of him. It's possible... many things are possible. I do find it interesting that lately the Roman Catholic Church has been more ecunumical than ever before. I have a few articles on recent activities of the Pope (nothing EXTREMELY recent, but within the past several months).

P.S. "The Vicar of Christ" means a person who is acting in the place of Christ. "Anti" means opposite, opposing, against, and/or destroying.

However, according to Strong's Concordance (the huge book that gives definitions for words in the Bible) the word anti is described as "a primary particle; opposite, i.e. instead or because of (rarely in addition to):--for, in the room of. Often used in composition to denote contrast, requital, substitution, correspondence, etc."

If we were to look at the word "anti" with the definition of "instead of" or "substitution", and then look again at the definition for "The Vicar of Christ", could we not surmise that perhaps the definition for "The Vicar of Christ" is "anti-Christ"???

This is just a very interesting way of trying to pin a label on someone who has always been portrayed as a Holy person. Think about it, in order to get the entire world to worship him as God, which is what the bible tells us is going to happen, what will the AC need?

First, he will need control of a global government already put into place. Second he will need to convince all of the world's religions that he is their personal savior. To the Muslims he will be Allah or Muhammed, to the Christians, he will be Christ, to the Jew he will be Yahweh.

Then there are the non-believers he has to convince. To the atheist, he will lure them through the magic of science and cure disease, stop aging, and convince them that with these powers he created all of us through their religion of evolution. He will say, do and be whatever it is that every facet of belief in our world needs him to in order to gain worship.

The AC is going to be far more powerful than the pope and I will go as far as to say 'supernatural', with powers unlike any man on earth has, in order to get everyone to worship him and take him seriously.

He is coming to Jeruselum to build a temple for himself, and the whole world is now set up with news crews from every nation in Israel with the ability to tune us all in live at a moment's notice. Watch any of the 24 hour news networks, and nearly every day, every hour or so you will see live images from Israel letting us know what's going on there. Nearly every day. Think about it and what that means in the bigger scheme of things.

We are closer to his arrival, because of the globalist government mindset and technology rapidly spreading to even the most remote areas of the planet. When he arrives, I'm sure you'll hear about it rather quickly, either by satellite/cable, email or someone calling on your cell phone ~ so be watching!
