In the United States, members of the executive branch (here law enforcement) cannot be barred from entering any public or private building so long as they have a court order or a legal mandate. Thus, the Pentecostals cannot bar a CSI individuals from entering the building to conduct their investigation.
HOWEVER, being a private organization, the CSI or any individual can be barred from entry if they are not conducting official business, so long as such a baring does not infringe upon any legal right that the individual has to be in that building.
