Yes, see a psychiatrist. It sounds like you have a form of depression or bipolar disorder. There's no shame in it. I have been the same way. It is really frustrating when you can't tell someone what is wrong because you honestly don't know, and they don't understand. Talking about it with a doctor is the first step. If you don't know a psychiatrist to go to, ask your regular doctor for a name. Good luck! Hang in there.

I would definitely go to the doctor. I have been suffering with depression since i was 12, i only did something about it last year at 20. Going and seeing the doctor was the best thing i have ever done, since then i have had counselling and have taken anti depressants. My life has gone from being full of tears and pain to being full of love and happiness. You need to get this sorted, you don't need to feel this way.
Good luck!!!

My daughter went through a similar episode, she couldn't explain it. I did a little research and came to the conclusion that our bodies at times, are difficient of some vitamins.
Try a multi-vitamin that you can buy over the counter at any pharmacy. After a week or so I noticed a huge difference with my daughter. She is now a little more happier and outgoing.
If that doesn't work, try talking to someone close to you about it. Go to a trusting person that won't mock you or degrade you.

The first thing I can think is you should be "gemini".
The significants of often mood changes get lower as the age goes up. The best thing to help the body and the soul is to pray I guess. Doesnt matter what religion you believe in but pray..

Visit your doctor and tell him what you've explained here. Your doctor can have tests run to determine if there's a hormone imbalance going on causing these irregular behaviors.....and offer some very good and safe treatments to control this condition.

You might have a bipolar disorder (also called manic-depressive disorder) which is when your emotions are extreme and change constantly. To find out for sure you should see a psycologist.

sounds to me like some kinda of depression so i would recommend that you tell your parent to take you to see your family doctor and he can help you but when you talk to him don't leave any details out tell him how you are feeling and how often than if you need meds he can prescribe them to you don't be embarrassed happens to the best of us take care hope you feel better

it sounds like you are BIPOLAR type II and its type 2 becuase you experience highs and lows along with a bit of depression, type one is more associated with schizophrenia where you cannot control yourself and you wear a fur coat when its 100 degrees outside. but yeah its sounds more of the serious depression mania phases, look it up sweety
