i found this artical called "50 Habits of "Naturally Thin" People
How to get Started:Decide how much you want to loose and see how many calories a day it will take to make it happen by year's end.Then, work into your routines however many of these eating tweaks and exercises you need to achieve your goal.
Slash a total of 10 calories a day to lose about 10 lbs in a year.
Slash 250 calories a day to lose about 25 punds.
Slash 500 caloriesto loose 50 pounds.
This is based on a 150-pound person: you may need to cut more/ fewer calories depending on ur weight, age & gender. It also assumes your normal calorie intake essentially stays the same and your weight is stable.
1.Wake-up Workout
When your eyes open, sit up slwoly w/out using ur hands. W/ legs straight out, lean forward until u feel a gentle stretch in ur back & hamstrings. Hold. Then, Using ur abs, lower urself flat. Rest & repeat 2 more times. BURNS 10
2. Balance Booster
Whil u brush ur teeth, alternate standing on 1 leg as u switch mouth quadrants(every 30 seconds). BURNS 10
3.Be a Ballerina
As ur coffee drips, stand sideways, put 1 hand on the counter, and lift the outside leg straigh out in front of u, keeping it extended. With upper body straight, hold for a few sec.s and move it to the side: hold and extend it behind u. Do 5x on each leg. BURNS 10
4. Talk It UP
Every time u grab the phone, stand up & pace around. BURNS 50
5. Carry Some Weight
When ur grocery Shopping/ running erands, wear a backpack with 5-10 lbs bag of sugar inside to increase resistance & burn more calories. Add purchases to ur load as it becomes easier. BURNS 20 (FOR AN HOUR OF ERRANDS)
6.Pump at the Pump
While ur getting gas, With 1 hand on ur car, Stand on the balls of ur feet & slowly rise up & down for as long as it takes to fill ur tank. BURNS 10

8. Jog for Junk Mail

There is no healthy way to lose that much weight in so short a time. You didn't gain all the weight overnight and you won't lose it overnight either. Consult your doctor before beginning a diet and exercise program. She can probably give you some really good advice.

What I do:
1. Exercise. No weight loss program will be successful without exercise. You have to move. Find something you like doing enough that you can make yourself do it even on the days when you'd almost certainly rather be doing anything else. Again, consult your doctor before starting up a new exercise routine.

2. Fruit. I eat an apple before lunch and apple before dinner. The apple is full of nutrition and fiber to flush fats and toxins out of my body. And because it makes me full sooner, I eat less fatty foods during my meals. I am also much less likely to snack between meals.

3. Salad. I have one with lunch and one with dinner. Pretty much for all the reasons I mentioned about apples. However, be careful what kind of extras you put in your salad: I avoid the creamy, high fat dressings like bleu cheese. I also avoid adding things like croutons or cheese. I prefer Italian salad dressings or vinegrettes as these are typically quite high in olive oil which contains monsaturate fats that are good for you and your body. Low cal or low fat designed dressings are also good, but typically not as tasty as Italian dressings or other vinegrettes.

4. Snacks: if I have a decent meal that also includes a salad and an apple, typically, I just don't have any room for snacks. However, if I do need a snack every now and then, I try to make healthy choices like carrots and low-fat dip.

5. Don't buy it. If the high fat foods aren't in your home, you can't eat them. So, don't buy them in the first place.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

You will never lose 30lb in 30 days,thats over 2 stone in a month.
Unless you are massively over weight you wont do it.
The only way is to go under the knife,you should accept yourself the way you are.
There is far to much emphasis on weight these days,be happy no matter what your size,if others dont approve,who the hell are they.
Dont be trying to lose that amount of weight in such a short time,you will do yourself more harm than good.
My cousin has an eating disorder trying to be "thin",she is grossly thin and everyone says how awful she looks but she thinks she's fat.
Everywhere she goes she analyses the food,when at home she weighs everything.
Most of her friends have dropped her because they cant cope,she got married last year and her wedding photographs are ghastly,
she looks terrible,yet,she thinks she's fat.
She will kill herself before she is 30 trying to become "thin",how are we her family supposed to come to terms with her death because she said "i only want to lose a few pounds".
Be careful and love yourself for what and who you are,NOT,what others want you to be.

First of all, that is too much weight to lose in one-month. You most likely will gain it back when you are done. The best way to lose weight is to change your lifestyle.

You need to exercise 3 - 6x week. Need to stop refined sugar and flour products. No sugary drinks. Eat lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains and small portion of meat, if you are a meat eater - the meat should be no more than 3 oz. at a meal.

Try to eat fruits and veggies that are in season, they are better for your system and that is what your system wants.

I loved to play ball, and for the first time in my life, I'm actually useful, at a ballgame, instead of just a big stationary person, that maybe if the ball comes within this range, I might get it. I was wearing-I'd always wore XX kind of jersey. And then I went down to medium. And then the medium was too big, that it's coming down here.

So I'm wearing a rockin' outfit, and I'm making a play, and the guy stops, beans it in the face 'cause he says, "Look at your body. You're rockin' hard." And that was the first time I had ever gotten a compliment like that in my whole life.

well I am trying to loose 15 pounds in 30 days so let me tell you what i am doing. I am drinking water only, salads (lots of them) and working out at least 3x a day. I can pretty much eat whatever i want if I work out. WEll hope it helps.

it may be possible but it is unhealthy. you should not be losing more than 2-3 pounds a WEEK. however a pound is about 3000 calories. so just burn more calories than you are consuming.

You need to exercise.. if your not overweight.. if your underweight as you say.. then your muscle need to be toned. and the only way to tone your muscles is exercise. try something like yoga or pilates, or speed walking.
As for eating. I dont' know what you are eating now. but stick to healthy things and avoid foods that will just add fat to your body..
