My sister is 17 and has dropped out of school. She got pregnant when she was 15; had the child when she was 16. She has kept saying she is going to go back to school, but still has not. I'm very worried about her future. I feel if she can go to school online than she can stay home with the baby. That way she will not have to worry about having to put him in day care, work, and go to public school at the same time. The father lives with them, but he doesn't even work. If you know of any online schools she can attend let me know.

Sounds like the girl that answered before me knows what shes talking about. Also, is your sister able to use the grandparents to help babysit? I know your parents and his parents must be concerned about their futures also, I would sure hope they help. I know that their are books that can be purchased that prepare you for taking and passing the GED. This is the method my cousin used, she got pregnant at 13 and gave birth to a beautiful girl, since then she has also given birth to a baby boy. She definitely had her hands full and she still managed to drop out of HS, study the books and pass the GED. You sister is definitely not in the easiest of situations, I wish her and her family the best of luck!
