Her maiden name was Linda Murray. I was born in Syracuse, NY on April 2, 1971. My name is Edward Hammond. I was given up for adoption when I was 4 or 5. I have 2 younger brothers. If anyone knows her or of her, please answer. I've been looking for her for 30 years. Thank you.

I was never adopted and I don't know what she looks like. I don't know any other details other than that.

I don't know her, but I have a little advice. If you will write her a letter and send it to the Social Security Administration, they will forward it to her. Include everything you know about her in the letter. You should put the letter you write to her in a separate envelope and then place that envelope in the one you send to SSA that contains the information they will need to contact her. My cousin found a half-sister that way and so did I. They will do their best to help you. Hope you find her. Lots of luck.

If you know the agency where you were adopted they may be able to give you the EXACT information you need.
They will also intervene for you..finding her & letting her know of
your search for her.
One of the 'BEST' ways to find someone is through their SOC. SEC. # as well as Drivers license. You can find these through
statistics in local cites you know she may live in.
If you have that info there are sites on the web to find her..
Keep trying and GOOD luck....
