I've heard of sacrificing for ones'. I didn't get to the chapter where you sacrifice yourself for your art. I'm bringing that book back to the library like right this minute!

No, seriously; apparently it's imperative you not take concentrated proteins. Lettuce and carrots. Lets' hope the libretto doesn't call for you juggling a piano or leading an elephant through the alps.

Meats ( red ) concentrated protein. You need that. Fish. A very concentrated protein. You need that too. The humble chicken. No, not the ones on Capitol Hill. A benign but really excellent protein. Keep that as a reserve buffer.

Stay away from fast food joints. Too, you may want to look at a specific type of grain you can even make pasta out of ... if you have the time ... that's been around since antiquity. It outclasses whole wheat in terms of nutritional value.

Too, barley. A staple gladiators were fed as it went straight to the muscle. Swinging a gladius around all day kinda takes it out of ya. It's worth getting the rundown from the net so you don't think I'm kidding.

Hope this helps.

After being on such strict fare I would not eat anything too spicy or acidic.Pigging out is not a good idea.Start by a more
developed salad and add soup or bread then work up to something bigger like grilled chicken or steak.

Where did you get that awful diet!!!! lettuce and carrots??
Go to a dietitian. Are you aware of the adverse effects of such diet. You'd rather exercise and change your diet in a healthy way.

A big juicy Filet Mignon & a lobster tail, with crab & cheese stuffed portebello mushrooms on the side. If you want to include veggies add corn on the cob or a Ceasar salad.

I'll make it 4 u :)

Check out some ideas under my question:

"Appetizer recipes-can't get enough! Does anyone have a good one to share?" Here's a sample before you go check it out:

Tabasco Tropical Crab & Avocado Salad. It uses mango, a orange, pineapple, crab salad, half an avocado and a Tabasco garlic vinaigrette.

Well it depends on your taste. However, I would either get a good breakfast of pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns and any breakfast meat of your chosing.

Or I would get Pizza and ice cream. I love eating pizza and then having ice cream after.
