You might be able to express wishes in a will, but you cannot create a will that is a legal and binding document until you reach 18 years of age. You can call a lawyer and ask them to find out for sure, most will give initial consultations for free or very little, and most have a paralegal that might answer the question right over the phone for nothing. I had my own will done, and asked on behalf of my daughter while I was there, and that's what I was told.
