According to my mother in the morning, with water.

The best time of day to take vitamins is probably when it is most convenient for you. Set up a routine time so that you remember to take your vitamins every day. Read the labels of your vitamins. Many vitamins need to be taken in divided doses. If that is the case, spread your vitamin doses throughout the day. Most vitamins can be taken with food so before or after a meal is fine. Again, make sure you read the label on the vitamin bottle. It should tell you if the supplement needs to be taken on an empty stomach.

You know "they", who say 'oh, anytime of the day is good just make sure you take them regualrly' are not even hiting the nail on the head. They should be aware that it is not healthy to sleep all day, sit around, and be lazy. They should tell you, get up when the sun rises. Tkae a few days to get this into a routine. Eat a reasonable size meal. Take that vitamin when you get up early as the sun. Go for a walk way before the business world starts each day, or read a few chapters of that life changing book before the business world starts. You know, they don't tell you this because they don't do it. So tell me how you can ask a "professional (lazy person);" who wouln't tell you this, when you should take your vitamin. If they try to say 'well i'm not you', tell them dont worry honey, i wont sue you for copyright infringement if you quote my good solution to everyone...

I think it is best to take your vitamins at night, with a lot of water. This gives them time to fully absorb into your body so you can wake up feeling refreshed and healthy in the morning.

If it's a daily vitamin i would take it during lunch. I'd be awake for once, and it be easier to remember. If you take it in the morning, what if you oversleep, you just broke your routine. At night people are tired and are more prone to forget. I would say at noon, during lunch.

In the morning with breakfast, that is when your body will absorb the vitamins best.

Yes, in the morning as the acids in your stomach produced overnight while you were sleeping will distribute the vitamins and nutrients to your system more efficiently.

Before you go to bed. I've heard that vitamins are better absorbed into the body when in repose.
