Since you're both minors, unless there's a law in your state for it, you're legal. Now being as young as you are and possibly pregnant, all I can ask is are you trying to ruin your life? There's still so much for you to do with it and you're going to stop it in its tracks having a baby that young. Did you ever stop and think how this will affect your boyfriend and both your families? I can promise you someone will have to support it unless you give it up for adoption. Then there's the emotional stress this might bring. If you're not pregnant, I suggest refraining from sex until you're older. If you can't do that... GET ON BIRTH CONTROL. Don't leave it all up to your boyfriend. It's not just his life on the line with a young teenage pregnancy.

It depends on the legal age of consent in your state. If you are of age and he is not, technically you could be charged with statutory rape. If you think you may be pregnant, please go buy a pregnancy test (or get tested for free at a Planned Parenthood clinic) and speak with your parents; you will have a lot of thinking to do! Good luck.

Yes it is legal. You would have to be 18 or over and he would have to be under 14 to be illegal.

Sure, it's legal to be pregnant. However, if someone wanted to bring up statutory rape, then that's a different story.

It really depends on the state. It would be legal in some states, but illegal in others.

It is legal. If you don't even know if this is legal, why are you having sex?
