Exactly the same way you flirt with a guy OVER 17. You flash him a boob and tell him he's pretty. Guys are shallow and mundane, just give him a compliment and show that you're interested. It's not rocket science. I just wish that a girl would have shown me interest when I was 17.

A good way, assuming you are the proper age for it, is to ask about his interests. When he answers, sweetly ask him to tell you more about one that catches your attention. If he’s willing to tell you more about it, then next you can ask him to demonstrate for you or teach you how to do it, whatever it is.
This will work very well assuming he's a nice guy because people do tend to like helping others and this gets you to spend a lot of time with him as he shows off. Both of you feel good and happiness follows!
