Yes.

If you are trying to get rid of Candidas (yeast) in your body for medical reasons, then you go on the diet WITHOUT cheating for 4 weeks. You can then gradually eat sugars in fruits and such.

All breads will have yeast unless they are labeled yeast free.

Good luck! An overgrowth of yeast in the body is very unhealthy!!

If you are talking about added sugar, it's probably best for you that you want to afoid it. If you're talking about sugar from fruits and vegetables, that would be harder to do and it would not be a very healthy diet. The sugar in fruits and veggies comes with a lot of vitamins, minerals and fiber. If you're thinking to give up something from your diet try added sugar, white flour and saturated fat.

yes. There is a book called the 4 ingredient cook book, and it is sugar free, but it shows you different things that can help you replace the sugar so that you still stay healty, and loose weight.

yes i had sugar free biscuits n some wheat and ragi items making gruel is a best known sugar free diet
and also some sugar free tablets fo my coffee

Yes and it isn't healthy for long periods of time. Your body needs some sugar to function properly.

Yup. It's VERY hard on your kidneys. Unless it is prescribed by your physician, do NOT do it. You WILL cause long-term harm.
