Throwing up is a symptom of food poisoning, which is fairly common, not flu. If you miss your period, then try a home pregnancy test.

Only you know if you COULD be pregnant....only a test will tell you for sure if you ARE pregnant. I knew a woman who had five children and she insisted she was sick the "morning after" every time.

maybe... if you keep seeing signs of pregnancy then I suggest you get yourself checked out by a doctor... there isn't enough information to tell for sure yet... you could just be sick.
