I think you should do what best for you. If you think that starving yourself will give you the weight lose results you’re looking for than jump on it; just know that starvation can cause major and permanent damage to your body both psychically and emotionally. If you can’t handle being fat, how do you think your gona feel when your ugly?
*Lets be serious: starving yourself is a bad idea if you can’t find a better way to lose weight (if you even need to do that) than you need to seek professional help.

Starving yourself will only make you loose weight temporarily. do you know what that does to the organs in your body? It's not healthy to starve yourself. There are much healthier ways to stay at a good weight but they involve eating regular meals. And if you think you are fat and your really not then you need to talk to a professional about it. Well first make sure that you are or are not fat a little more scientifically. Compute your body mass index (BMI), and if it is within the 18.5 to 24.9 range, you are not fat or even overweight.
Starving yourself won't solve the problem in the long run, and can cause serious health problems including organ damage, that can be irreversible. You have to adopt a sensible diet, try to lose about 2 or 3 pounds per week at most, and have a diet that you can live with the rest of your life. Success in weight control is really all about lifestyle changes, not fad diet plans.

Eating less could help but you can't starve you-self! Thats not healthy! Eat vegies and lay off the junk food and just try eating right! Your body needs certain vitamins and minerals to function properly! You need energy to perform your day the best possible! And exercise isnt for everyone but walking is! Some kind of cardio is good for you! And sexual intercource can also work! You need to get your heart rate up and perspire to lose weight!

well, different people have different kinds of views. some people might think 120lb is fat, some think 200lb is fat and so on. so, you can ask yourself, do U think u're fat, regardless of what other people consider is "fat"? Think of it this way: if society and the media didn't portray that "fat" is considered around 130lb, then you wouldn't really care if you were fat or not. If you grew up in a society where the media said that fat is great, and that skinny is disgusting, wouldn't you not care if you were "fat"? You are probably thinking too much about what society thinks of "fat" people. Maybe you can look inside for the answer. K, peace.

You didn't put any information on how much you weigh or how tall you are, but you probably arn't fat and you shouldn't starve yourself. It's dangerous for your health, you could land in the hospital after just a little while. Anyways, starving yourself doesn't help you lose fat, it helps you lose water.

how much do you weigh? if you are over weight then starving yourself is NOT the way to go. when you don't eat for a long period of time and feel hunger then your body slows down your metabolism which means you could end up gaining weight rather than lose it. trying do sports or eating a more healthy diet such as your 5 portion of fruit and veg a day. please don't become the next lolly-pop head. if you want to talk you can email me at twiggyf15@yahoo.com

Do you want to be healthy and skinny or SICK and skinny. You can cut back on what you eat. If you cut back you should take a multi vitamin everyday. Add exercise. Walk at least 30 min every day. What ever you do don't starve your self you could get sick and even die.

NO WAY. That is NEVER the answer. If you think you are overweight, talk to your doctor, but NEVER starve yourself. If you're fat compared to a barbie, who cares? I'm not even overweight, but I'm still a sumo compared to a barbie. If you think its a serious problem, you can try cutting down - GRADUALLY - on fast food etc., but starvation will only bring harm.

dont listen to them..yes, you are fat. look at all the meat on your legs. starving yourself is the only way to look better. Food is the enemy. eat 2 pieces of lettuce a day, and drink 6 cups of water. you'll be in shape in no time
