I think this would be a statistic that is hard to find, but the Muslim extremists who are intent on destroying our country do not seem to be that dumb. They learned how to fly planes, speak English, and somewhat blend into a society completely opposite of theirs.
Often, it's the fanatics that are highly intelligent. Unfortunately, many times intelligence and common sense are counter-balanced. Haven't you ever noticed this in your circle of friends, co-workers, etc.? The most intelligent people often have no common sense.
Of course, you said "educated," not intelligent. If that's what you meant, my answer is irrelevant. Often, people get the two confused because they think that you can only be intelligent if you are educated. Simple answer: they're not educated because they spend more time worshiping than schooling. That's an easy one.

Most people are not highly educated regardless of their religion. An educated person would have know that.
And to say that only an uneducated person would believe in God is not only insulting but shows the ignorance and self absorbed attitudes of those who wrote the comments. They are, as Psalm 14:1 says, fools.

Not true. Most if not all of the worlds greatest leaders belong to a religious group. Most aetheist people are uninspired because of lack of inspiration from above. Anyway I'm a christian and Im also a dentist.

Yes, it is true in the case of christians. However, many muslim fanatics have PhDs and most are very well educated.

Yes. Because most people are not highly educated. It freaks me out how smart some believers are. It seems like they should be mutually exclusive, intelligence and faith, but oh well, many serial killers are very smart too.

The leaders are highly educated in their religion itself, but the followers are not quite educated at all.

I had to respond, u don't have an e-mail or im. It is not me but it is my sis, I said that. I don't know, she has the talent, drive, determination, work etc etc etc real easy, it's this crap for no reason!!! She can't seem to get over this hump, and she's done nearly every possible thing she can.
