Anything that makes you feel comfortable and confident in yourself! Something that makes you feel gorgeous. If you feel pretty you will look pretty. Make sure that it flatters your figure and the coloring looks great with your skin tone (I would need more information to give better details). You don't want to be washed out or look frumpy or slutty. If you come off as slutty he will think you are just that.

Wear something simple, but wear a garter belt, stockings and heels with it. I have even worn them with jeans, preppy skirt, and Capri's. It always works, because guys cannot resist the sight of a girl in sheer nylons and a garter belt. The heels just finish it off.
And remember wear your thongs of bikinis or whatever over the garter belt. That is very important even if nothing happens, because you will have to visit the bathroom, and you don't want to have to rearrange everything, like yo do with pantyhose. That's one of the big advantages of stockings, you never have to take them off if you don't want to, but they never get in the way of anything either, plus they feel really good.

A halter, cute shorts (not too short) or jean skirt with some Platforms to show off your legs and maybe add a cute anklet.

Wear a skirt and a cute tank top. Or, wear jeans, nice candals anda cute tank top. Just wear what you feel mostly confortable in.

You should get a short red, white and blue dress, that's sort of tight, and I bet it will turn him on, then the rest is all up to you.
