Me and my boyfriend talk alot and I know he wants to kiss me and I want to kiss him It's just I'm not sure how to go about it. It's his birthday tomorrow and I was thinking of then but should I make the first move?
I'm in the 13-15 age range.

Hmmm - Well - I know you dont want to hear this - but in that age range (I'm guessing its quite young) - its nice to stay kids - kissing and other things can lead to big problems later..
Not to say that its not nice - Its whats life is all about...
About making the first move - well as a guy - Any girl that makes the first move is great in my eyes!

Don't rush into anything....you have years in front of both of you, and not wanting to sound prudish....but a kiss usually leads to a lot more and normally it leads to it pretty soon! Before you know it, you could end up in the same predicament as my 15 year old niece, pregnant!!
Just be careful if you want to start with the kissing thing...dont be pressured into going any further...not for a few more years at least!
If he thinks anything of you, then he wont mind waiting till you are ready.

There's no problem with you making the first move. Find somewhere out of the way of your friends and give him a hug. try kissing him on the cheek and then gently on the lips. If you find yourself in a passionate kiss, just go with the flow, let him lead the mouth movement, be aware that he may put his tongue in your mouth.

If this will be your first kiss you can never plan it....It just happens! And never is it wrong for the girl to make the move! Guys like that! But take your time don't go to fast....kiss slowly since it'll be your first. And please keep your tongue in your mouth....you can learn that later if you both last..... Good Luck

you should do what feels right if the mood is good and you want to kiss him then ye go for it but if it doesnt wait a while if he really likes you he will wait til your ready

go natural dont brush ur teeth ul seem ova keen chew gum instead and avoid onions and stuff, tilt ur head to 1 direction and move in he shud do the same the rest is kinda natural,
