Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

The quickest way is to cut out red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohal, and sodas.
Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If you get hungry between a meal, drink water to fill up.
In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)
Practice portion control. Yes, you'll feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you won't have that feeling anymore.
Eat 5 times a day. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, such as an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner. Do not eat any later than 7pm (6pm is better.)
Go exercise for at least an hour a day, incorporating weight training. Weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns fat. You get the idea. It also gives tone and definition.
Good luck!!

to extend more detailed on the one answer of exercising and eating better. good answer. that's the only way to lose weight and keep it off. but you should really track your calories in addition to eating healthy foods. don't avoid carbs but definately eat more protein vegetables fresh fruit. anything fresh is the best. avoid alcohol for sure! SO, what you need to do is find out how many calories that you need in a day to maintain your weight. I found that out on a scale in a nutrition store. maybe you can find out online somehow. it will be general but should be efficient. Then cut off 500 and that's how many you should eat per day. And definately watch out for calories in drinks..soda coffee drinks smoothies..all have a ton of calories. everything you eat will have calories so keep a journal. fool proof method. and exercise to increase your metabolism. dieting alone usually doesnt work that well. Strength training of some sort..a home video..or you could also see if there's a gym in your park..a government ran gym that will only be a few bucks to use and you won't have to pay abill every month. But strength training will burn calories all day and cardio is also very nessecary. If you're interested in running, which would be excellent to lose weight and does use some muscles...start off slow. What I do is..there are speed bumps in my neighborhood. I run from one to the next and then walk from one to the next..and so on. But I go all the way around my neighborhood. So, I am able to do it and still get a great work out. So maybe find stopping points..and listening to music is good for motivation....I am 5'2 and 137. For me to burn a pound a week I would have to eat 1400-1500 per day and exercise at least 3-4 times per week. I'm 20years old. The older you are..the less calories you can have to lose weight. Drink as much water as possible. Avoid caffiene and take multivitamins to help nutrition and avoid fatigue. Get plenty of sleep so you can be rational and make the right food choices. And make sure you give your muscles a day to rest after you've worked them so they can heal. They actually form when they are healing. Okay I think that's about everything that I can tell you. LOL

Age, lifestyle, and health all have to do with what kind of diet is right for you. I had to work hard to loose pregnancy weight. But my youngest is almost a year old and I just got back into those skinny pants. The only thing that works is exercise. I like my exercise ball routine the best. (no strain on my back) Then when you eat...don't eat the American three large meals a day. Eat four small meals. And make um plain for the first couple of months. Dressings and condiments will ruin a diet.

Look, diets do not work, as you gain the weight back as soon as you go off them (you will). Here's the plan.
1. Exercise 3-4 times a week.
2. Eat healthy (not less but better)
You should aim to lose 1-2 pounds a week. That's the best way to lose weight and keep it off.

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:
*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a fitness calculator that you can put on your cell phone and computer. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.
*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as white potatoes) and drink lots of water.
Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/PyramidLRG.gif?osCsid=26a424be471d1337e7c2f105d5c64d9d
*3) Exercise on most days by doing cardiovascular training and/or resistance training activities.
Read a book or find a certified trainer to make sure your doing all resistance training exercises correctly. A great book to buy that teaches you the resistance training basics is “Weight Training for Dummies”. A superb magazine to buy with excellent resistance training routines that will not get you bored is "Muscle and Fitness". Signup for the free newsletter.
A good book to buy that teaches you the cardiovascular training basics is “Fitness for Dummies”.
*4) Get plenty of sleep. Sleep experts say most adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep each night for optimum performance, health, and safety.
*5) Educate yourself continually on health issues and make a life long commitment to good health. A great free publication is “Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005”. A superb book to read is “You The Owner’s Manual”. An excellent periodic publication is the “Nutrition Action Health Letter”. A reputable test you can take to measure your biological age is at http://realage.com
Look at all areas where you can enhance your health. For example, make improvements in the quality of the air you breathe. Review outdoor air quality forecasts where you live and get an indoor air purifier. Email me if you want a good indoor air purifier recommendation and if you have other questions.
*Click on all the source links below to get the full benefit of the recommendations. Burn more calories everyday. It sounds simple but it works. Most people do not know how to calculate this. The basic formula is Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity.
Click here for a good example of what to eat:

The current issue of "Muscle and Fitness" magazine has some excellent workout routines that won't get you bored.
Remember, diet and exercise is best for lasting weight loss.

The first thing to ask yourself is: "Am I really overweight?" Or more to the point, "Am I too fat?" A lot of teen athletes, especially guys, may weigh more than average for their age because they have extra muscle - not too much fat - on their bodies. Only people who have excess body fat should consider cutting calories and trying to lose weight. If people with normal amounts of body fat go on a low-cal diet, they lose muscle tissue, which just makes them weaker, slower, and saps them of energy. Not exactly what you want if you're driving to the hoop or trying to smack one out of the park. So check with your doctor first about whether losing weight is right for you.
If you find out that you really do have too much body fat, the best way to get rid of it is through a combination of exercise and eating fewer calories. Despite all the media fuss about low-carb diets, research into their effectiveness (especially among teens) is still limited. There isn't much evidence that cutting down on a particular food group, like carbs, is a better way to lose weight than just eating fewer calories altogether. In fact, no diet that drastically restricts calories or cuts out particular foods has been proven to keep weight off over the long term.
So if you do need to lose excess body fat, regular exercise along with eating fewer carbohydrate and fat calories until you get to your goal is the way to go.

you need to buy the book called the Glucose Revolution! it tells you how to change the way you eat and what you eat to help you loose weight. You will learn all about the Glycemic Index and how it affects the way your body responds to what you eat. It's easy, you don't need special food. Just the most natural foods you can buy. Fruits, Vegetables, Beans all that. I have just started learing myself and in less than 4 weeks have lost 5 pounds. it may not seem like alot but guess what, It's not muscle I lost but actual fat!
Try it you won't regret it.

This one works I lost so much weight on it and I wish you all the very best of luck. If you want to do this it is for life so you need to totally change your way of eating and exercising. This is not a diet rather than a healthy eating plan for life. So no more talking diet cause it means time limit.
Here are the golden rules:
Initially cut down to 1200 (women) - 1500 (men) calories.
Exercise 6 times per week for 1 hours a day. Do three weight sessions and three cardio sessions. No gym involved if you don't have the access.
Don't eat carbs after 4pm, never eat carbs within 2 hours of exercise or within 1 hour of exercise.
Drink 3 litres of water per day. You can have a green tea at the end of the day.
Limit your fruit in take to 2 pieces per day.
Never eat dinner after 6pm.
Adopt of low GI eating plan this is sustainable for life!
Make low fat dairy choices
Follow this menu plan as a suggestion:
Breakfast 7am - 1 cup hot water w lemon
20 minutes later have a bowel of oats w water (no honey) OR
fruit salad w low GI soy yogurt
Snack 10am - pear or apple (both low GI)
Lunch 12.30pm - muligrain sandwich w 50g tuna & salad (no butter)
Snack 3pm - low GI yogurt OR skim berry smoothie (no honey or banana) plenty of ice, 1/2 cup skim milk & 1/4 cup yogurt
Dinner 5.30pm - 120g grilled lean meat/fish/prawns/tofu patties (not fried) w spinach salad & mixed vegies (no whites, carbs) OR 3 egg white/soy omlette with ham, cheese and tomato
Snack - 1 scoop of low cal low fat ice cream (if hungry)
Exercise is must be intense. Refer to www.bodybuilding.com for your weights routine. Never do weights two consecutive days have a cardio day in between.
Cardio needs to include running, go hard up stair wells and cycling. If you have access to a gym include boxing and spin classes as well. You get the most benefits from exercise when your body is totally fatigued and this is when you see changes.
To maintain you can increase calories to 1500 (women) - 1800 (men) and reduce exercise sessions to 3-4 times per week. If weight creeps up again due to holiday period etc.. go back to 1200 (women) - 1500 (men) cal and 6 sessions again.
Good luck it worked for me it can work for anyone.
