grlnextdoor8852 has some issues!! anyway, don't tell her you love her unless you've been dating a while. if not, play it cool and SHOW her you love her - that is much more powerful than saying.

You should tell her how you feel. If you never tell her, then you pass up an oppruntinity of a good relationship. Don't pass out on an oppruinity before it passes out on you. And so what if you get rejected, you will learn and heal from it because there are other girls that you can possibliy fall in love with if you give it time.
