did tabby grow up with a dog? i know it's weird but sometimes when a certain pet is alone and grew up with other crowds, they adapt to their behavior. i used to have a pet chicken before, his companion died so he was left all alone. he grew up with my cats, and when i would call my cats for meal time, he would go with them as well. one time, i thought the chicken was dead because it was lying sideways! but when i came in to check, he was still alive -- he was sleeping... like a cat! you know how cats usually sleep with their arms and legs on the side? and my cats usually like to sleep on the doormat (i don't know why) and that's where i found the chicken sleeping sideways. have you seen a chicken sleep sideways? it's funny. that's why i thought it was dead because it was very unusual!
that's why sometimes, it is advisable to give the pet another companion so they could grow up together. that's what i read.

I have a female tabby feral that terrorises every thing that crosses her path including me at times she also can be very lovable and cuddly when she wants 2 be but she go,s from that 2 being Satan in a fur coat in a blink of an eye I remember once a couple of years ago I needed 2 go shopping the satanic one was out and about I walked out onto the street and bumped into a very pretty neighbour of mine so we stopped and had a chat then 2 minutes later the cat appeared on the scene only problem was that the girl has got a handbag sized Yorkie which my cat decided was a bit 2 close to her territory so of course she thought attack , maim ,kill !! the poor little dog decided very wisely jump into owners arms bad idea little dog .Cats are somewhat better at jumping than toy Yorkshire terriers I managed 2 remove my cat from the young ladies rat cost me quite a bit of skin .my animal is the only jealous cat I have ever seen but she is about six years old and still has perfect ears so I guess she will not change now and I would not want her 2 change cos I love her as she is satanic but in a lovely cuddly way when she wants to be !!

Oh yeah. If you ever want to get another get a Siamese. They are more like dogs than any other cat I've ever seen. Ours has walked on a leash since he was a kitten, takes baths, growls if anyone comes to the door, and has been known to actually bite the landlord we used to have if she came in when we weren't home. He also plays fetch, sits, stands, all that stuff you would teach a dog he automatically does.

between the failings that's happening is that through bathing the canines weekly your are washing away the flea protection. i do not ignore that the lable says in yet otherwise yet as in step with my experienced vet he says those meds artwork perfect with an oily base like the animal produces. So end bathing the canines. Then the reason that your kitty nevertheless has fleas is because products like benefit or Frontline kill the flea AFTER it bites the cat. No biting the cat......... no killing the flea. Fleas have 4 tiers to their existence cycle......egg larvae, pupa and adult. The benefit or frontline kills the adult flea. That leaves the egg, larvae, and pupa. i'd purchase the trojan horse bombs that in certain list the product as killing fleas. this may alleviate all the adult fleas in those rooms for type of 14 days.. The laundry booster Borax is between the perfect lengthy time period flea fixing products. purchase a field and poke small holes in the field to make it like a salt shaker or use a jar with holes in the lid.. Vacuum all the contaminated aspects of your living section and make optimistic that bag continues to be outside. Then sprinkle Borax into the carpets and broom it in every time it seems heavy. you'll favor to reapply Borax each and every time that you vacuum for the subsequent a number of weeks. Borax will dry out the eggs, the larvae will devour the borax and die. That leaves the pupa. A nuclear blast does no longer kill the flea in its pupa level. for this reason you'll favor to *wait it out* till the pupa hatches as an adult flea........ bits the cat............ and then dies. once you get this less than administration you need to proceed to apply Borax a minimum of once in step with month and also you would probably by no skill see a flea lower back.

We have a raccoon in a cat suit - Abbie galumphs across the floor with a very un-cat-like gait, steals things (hair ties, make-up brushes and chapstick tubes are amoung her favorite things), and loves to play with water - she even puts food in her water before she eats it. She was a shelter kitty, and we're pretty sure there's a 'coon somewhere in her family tree!

I have a cat who thinks she is a dog. We actually refer to her as our "African Pigmy Dog" who just happens to do cat immitations from time to time. I just push her down when she gets up in my face. It seems though that the cat in her won't take no for an answer.
