Ok, I want to get the ateention of a 21 yr old and im 18 yrs old !! What do i do ?? How Will i get his attention as look ways and acting and i see him some times but i see him alot !!! What Do I Do??

Flirt. Show off your body a bit. Find out what interests him, and then see if you can have a conversation with him about it. He will probably be flattered that you are showing some interest in him.
If you make the first move, that will probably help too. Guys do like it if a girl does some of the work, and it takes a lot of 'pressure' off them.
When do you see him? Work? School? Is he a friend, or a friend of a friend? Parties are usually a good idea. People are laid back and having a good time. You can also hear yourself think. It would be different to a noisy bar or club. See if you can find out where if he is going to one, and then see if you can go there too. Then you can 'practice' all of your flirting, and show some interest in him there. Good luck x
