A lot of people could, but it would be unhealthy for you, and more likely to gain it back. Most doctors recommend losing 2 lbs a week, so if school is back in 8 weeks, that is only 16 lbs.

Just curious, how does it feel to be carrying around the weight of a preschooler, in blubber? The damage has already been done, even if you removed the weight, which is likely a pipe dream, your skin is so stretched out you'd look like a deflated weather balloon. I'd suggest getting your arms shortened so you can't stuff so much food in your mouth. I suppose serious exercise, the only real answer, is out of the question. Maybe you could just drink lots more 'diet' soda. It's your choice. Good luck.

Well I would say try atkins low carb diet, it works fast!! U just need to stay focused, dedicated and motivated!!!! If u do this, it could happen, I'm with U tryin to lose bout 45 by the time school starts back lol!! Whatever decision u chose to take, GOOD LUCK!!!!

yes but it would be unhealthy and you would gain it back by purging on food once school started. the best way to lose weight is take it one step at a time. the healthy way to lose alot of weight is 10 pounds a month. so your goal should be to lose 3 pounds a week. these are realistic goals, do it by excersing and walking alot. eat three meals a day, but healthy meals.

If you exercise twice a day and limit your diet to proteins only you can loose 45 lbs. within three months. Even you can loose it within 45 days also but for that you will have to fast and for school kids i don't suggest it.

That's too much weight to lose in such a short time....for long-term weight lose exercise(cardio and weight-lift), lots of water, cut down junk food, lots of veggies.

I dont think that is possible. but you can start now by drinking enough water and eating fibre will help without snacking between meals. light breakfast, big lunch and light dinner. good luck

if i weigh 131 pds i would be 95 pds and im 18 so yeah that would b scary but i think i could i dont eat alot

"Who can you lose?" Well Id say "Lose your boyfriend" or "Lose your cowboy boyfriend"or "Lose your girlfriend" ...or..better yet...go back to school and learn how to put a sentence together..and then come back and ask that question again
