ok well first of all, like u've been told this is NOT romanian but spanish; but not only is this spanish, its spanish with what we could say "a colombian twist." the name of this song is Versuri "Akcent - Jokero"

This is what babelfish comes up with assuming it's spanish. I think it's kind of an intentionally mispronounced pun, so it's not translating well
