You've asked too many questions at one time, but there are answers for all of them. God is, fundamentally, our Parent, meaning "He" is the harmonized union of male and female elements in one composite entity. This means that "He" is neither male nor female, but both. We refer to God as "He" for the sake of convenience, but he is not strictly male, in this sense.
The reason why you see everything in the world come in pairs of male and female (animals, reproductive parts of plants, humans) is because God wished to see these discrete male and female entities come together as a harmonized union, thus reflecting God's own nature.
One reason why homosexuality is "ungodly" is because two men or two women cannot reflect the nature of God, who is a harmonized union of both masculinity AND femininity.
As far as the other stuff about forgiveness and rapists, etc, it has to do with the nature of love itself and God's complete respect for the autonomy of human beings. I don't have time to get into that now, but suffice to say that there are real good reasons why God does not directly interfere into the affairs of man and it all has to do with His respect for our dignity and status as his awesome, eternal love partner.
If you are confused about religion, it's probably because you've had lousy instruction, or that sin has clouded your mind from the truth, or because you don't really want to know the answers, because this would neccessitate a total change in your lifestyle.
Hope this helps.

He is asexual. He has no interest in it.
He is also a spirit. Not a man (although aften portrayed as one because at the time it was written, Man was dominate) and not a woman, thus meaning that God CAN"T have a partner.
it's ok.
Christians are still trying to figure it out.

Hello podgeman.. :)
God is a Spirit and we must worship Him in the Spirit (Holy Spirit)
satan is also a spirit..For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
===============================================
It is man who put a label on which sin is worse than another..it is man that changes those labels..remember when abortion was not allowed..etc...
===============================================
In God's eyes a liar is liken unto a murderer..God is telling us that no sin is greater than another..and that every sin can be forgiven..and your slate will be wiped cleaned.. :)
In Jesus Most Precious Name..
With Love..In Christ..

it said He is our FATHER..and continually says He when referring to God in the Bible. And God isnt gay nor straight..He made man and woman to multiply(have children) on Earth. Why would He need a wife when He is not going to have children. WE ARE HIS CHILDREN, His creation.

You're right, it's a weird concept to grasp. God has no gender, nor does he have a companion. Companionship is something He created.

There is no need for God to have a "mate" as we know it. God is not a human, or any other created being.
