time will take care of it, you are probably young and believe it or not, a little heartbreak is good for you. You have to learn somehow. If you never went through a little pain, you would never know how good you have it someday.

How old are you? How old is this guy? For how many months have you meet each other? How much / what have you guys spent together?

I think that you have found a special guy that means something important in your life, but not to the extent that you cannot live without him!!! If I'm not correct, depending on that answers for my above questions, figure out if you can stay near Fort Bliss, get a job, get a career, and keep dating your MR. Don't go any further with him (no sex, no special benefits, etc.).

Well, if you have to think about your being in love, you were only infatuated. Besides, if your Mom has one of these jobs that keep you moving around, you are going to meet more guys who you will "think" you're in love with. Call and get his address and keep in touch if you miss him, but don't try making a commitment. You both would be making a mistake.

The best way to get over an old love is to find a new one. If this still isn't enough, is there a way you can contact him? Can you write him or call him?

well, contact is important. if you both are really into each other, you could meet each other every other week. a long didtance realtionship is hard but if you both want it to work, then i suggest you both talk about what you both really want out of it.
